Students in periods 3 and 5 completed the analysis of the lab while students in periods 1 and 7 began their analysis of the gel. All students completed the “Mutation: Revelations of Restriction Enzyme Cut Sites” Internet assignment and prepared samples for the upcoming Analysis of a Genome Segment lab.
