Fri, Oct 2:  Mrs. Annee discussed the format of the upcoming quiz over the Enzyme-Substrate Simulation and Beano to the Rescue lab.

Thurs, Oct 1: Periods 2 and 6 completed the Protein Degradation lab protocol while students in periods 4 and 8 are working on creating a paper model of DNA.

Wed, Sept 30:  Students in all biotech classes finished the Three Sisters movie.  Mrs. Annee discussed SDS-PAGE in periods 2 and 6 whereas she began the Unit 2 (DNA) notes in periods 4 and 8.

Tues, Sept 29: Students performed the ELISA lab.

Mon, Sept 28: No school.
