Fri, May 20: Students in periods 4 and 8 analyzed blood spatter whereas periods 2 and 6 analyzed hair evidence.

Thurs, May 19:  Students in periods 2 and 6 analyzed blood spatter whereas periods 4 and 8 analyzed hair evidence.

Wed, May 18: Students identified the fingerprints left at the crime scene.

Tues, May 17: Students completed the Bitemark lab.

May 9-13: CSI

Fri, May 13: Students evaluated the Wanted Posters to determine a list of major CSI suspects.

Thurs, May 12: Students conducted and submitted the Fiber lab.

Wed, May 11:  Students conducted and submitted the CSI Blood Typing lab.

Tues, May 10:  Students completed and submitted the Chromosome 16 lab.

Mon, May 9:  Students investigated a crime scene that occurred on the fourth floor of the Wellness Center.

May 2-6: Genetics

Fri, May 6:  Mrs. Annee distributed the CSI Interview Schedule and discussed teh interview protocol in periods 2, 4, and 6.  Students in periods 2 and 6 loaded their Chromosome 16 samples in gels, while students in periods 4 and 8 ran PCR for their samples.

Thurs, May 5:  Students in periods 4 and 8 completed Lesson 1 of the Chromosome 16 lab while periods 2 and 6 completed both Lesson 1 & 2 of the same lab.

Wed, May 4: Mrs. Annee reviewed monohybrid crosses in period 2 and she gave the Chromosome 16 pre-lab lecture in all classes.  In period 8, Mrs. Annee also distributed the CSI Interview Schedule and discussed the interview protocol.

Tues, May 3: Students watched Bloodlines: Technology Hits Home

Mon, May 2:  Students in period 2 heard Serology and DNA Crime Analyst Dave Smith give a presentation during class while other classes reviewed monohybrid crosses.
