Fri, May 6: Mrs. Annee distributed the CSI Interview Schedule and discussed teh interview protocol in periods 2, 4, and 6. Students in periods 2 and 6 loaded their Chromosome 16 samples in gels, while students in periods 4 and 8 ran PCR for their samples.
Thurs, May 5: Students in periods 4 and 8 completed Lesson 1 of the Chromosome 16 lab while periods 2 and 6 completed both Lesson 1 & 2 of the same lab.
Wed, May 4: Mrs. Annee reviewed monohybrid crosses in period 2 and she gave the Chromosome 16 pre-lab lecture in all classes. In period 8, Mrs. Annee also distributed the CSI Interview Schedule and discussed the interview protocol.
