Wed, Feb 27: Students prepared and ran gels for the GM Foods lab.

Tues, Feb 26: Students in periods 2 and 6 prepared samples for the GM Foods lab, whereas students in periods 4 and 8 completed the Internet activity, “PCR, DNA Sequencing, and NCBI – What a BLAST!”

Mon, Feb 25: Students took a quiz over DNA Sequencing.

Thurs, Feb 21: Students completed the paper PCR activity in periods 2, 4, and 6.

Wed, Feb 20: Students continued the paper PCR activity.

Tues, Feb 19: Mrs. Annee announced and discussed the DNA Sequencing quiz that will take place on Mon, Feb 25.  Students began the paper PCR activity.

Tues, Feb 12: Students in periods 2 and 8 completed the DNA Sequencing notes, whereas students in periods 4 and 6 read an electropherogram and began the Internet activity, “Black, Green, Blue, and Red: The Colors of DNA.”
