Fri, Oct 10: Mrs. Annee returned the quizzes and students completed the Protein Folding Study lab.

Thurs, Oct 9: Students took a quiz over Unit 1 notes, the Beano lab, and the Enzyme-Substrate Simulation.

Wed, Oct 8: Students began the Protein Folding Study lab.

Tues, Oct 7: Mrs. Annee discussed each of the books that may be read for extra credit this semester and next semester.

Mon, Oct 6: Mrs. Annee introduced the small group scored discussion about cellulosic ethanol that will take place on Mon, Oct 13.  Students conducted research for the topic during class.
