Tues, Mar 24: In periods 4 and 6, Mrs. Levin introduced the “Analysis of a Genome Segment” lab and students prepared digests of lambda.  Students loaded gels in periods 2 and 8.  All classes began the Internet assignment, “Exploration of Restriction Enzymes.”

Mon, Mar 2: Students completed and submitted the “Sickle Cell: Am I a Carrier?” lab and Mrs. Annee reviewed pedigrees for tomorrow’s quiz.
