Fri, Dec 2 (Day 1; altered schedule): Students took a quiz over ELISA and Western Blot.

Thurs, Dec 1 (Day 5; altered schedule): Students built another model of DNA.

Wed, Nov 30 (Day 4): Students built a model of DNA.

Tues, Nov 29 (Day 5): Ms. Annee discussed the Western Blot and ELISA quiz that will take place this Friday, Dec 2.  Students completed cutting out pieces of DNA.

Mon, Nov 28 (Day 4): Students completed the Western Blot analysis and began cutting out pieces of DNA.

Nov 14-18: Western Blot

Fri, Nov 18 (Day 1): Students in period 3 conducted Lesson 3 of the Western Blot lab, whereas students in periods 1, 5, and 7 completed the ELISA Virtual Lab.

Thurs, Nov 17 (Day 5): Students in periods 1, 5, and 7 conducted Lesson 3 of the Western Blot lab (running the Western), whereas students in periods 3 conducted Lesson 2.

Wed, Nov 16 (Day 4): Students in periods 1, 5, and 7 conducted Lesson 2 of the Western Blot lab (loading vertical gels with muscle extracts), whereas students in period 3 completed the ELISA Virtual Lab.

Tues, Nov 15 (Day 3): Students conducted Lesson 1 of the Western Blot lab (extracting fish proteins from muscle)
