Fri, Sept 18: Students in periods 2 and 8 built molecular structures of amino acids while students in periods 4 and 6 completed Part IID of the Amylase lab.
Thurs, Sept 17: Students in periods 2 and 8 continued the Unit 1 notes while periods 4 and 6 built molecular structures of amino acids.
Wed, Sept 16: Students submitted their completed Beano labs. Periods 2 and 6 completed Amylase Part IIA while students in periods 4 and 8 complted Part IIC of the same lab.
Tues, Sept 15: Students graphed the data from the Beano lab.
Mon, Sept 14: Students in periods 2 and 8 completed Part IID of the Amlyase lab whereas students in periods 4 and 6 continued with the Unit 1 notes.

Tues, May 12: In periods 1 and 5, students analyzed bitemark evidence whereas students analyzed a bloody shoe print in periods 3 and 7.

Tues, May : Senior Free Day. Juniors made up missed work due to retreats, illness, etc.

Thurs, Apr 30: Students in period 1 did not have class due to a prom meeting during the 9:15am PRT, whereas students in periods 3, 5, and 7 analyzed their pGLO plates.
Wed, Apr 29: Students observed their starter plates and then conducted the transformation portion of the pGLO lab.
Tues, Apr 28: Students prepared starter plates for the pGLO lab.

Thurs, Apr 23: Mrs. Annee gave a pre-lab lecture over Size Exclusion Chromatography in period 1, while she discussed the pGLO lab in periods 3, 5, and 7.
Wed, Apr 22: Students completed analysis of the PV92 Chromosome 16 lab. Periods 3 and 5 also completed the Size Exclusion Chromatography lab.
Tues, Apr 21: Students analyzed their PV92 Chromosome 16 samples.
Mon, Apr 20: Students loaded their DNA samples in a gel and then Mrs. Annee discussed the answers to the Hardy-Weinberg practice problems.
