<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="color: #800080;">Tues, Nov 17:  <span style="color: #000000;">Mrs. Annee discussed the Analysis of a Mutant Hemoglobin Gene lab and then students began the Internet Assignment called <em>Mutation!: Revelations of Restriction Enzyme Cut Sites</em>.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="color: #800080;">Mon, Nov 16: </span>Students did some restriction enzyme mapping practice problems to prepare for Wednesday&#8217;s quiz, Mrs. Annee discussed the quiz format and the Analysis of a Mutant Hemoglobin Gene lab.  Students also loaded their Mutant Hemoglobin samples in gels and ran them.</span></p>
