Mon, Nov 19 (Day 2): Ms. Annee discussed SDS-PAGE and the Western Blot lab.

Fri, Nov 16 (Day 1): Students transferred the proteins in the gel to a membrane in Lesson 3 of the Western Blot lab.

Thurs, Nov 15: No school; E-learning day

Wed, Nov 14 (Day 4): Students ran vertical gels during Lesson 2 of the Western Blot lab.

Tues, Nov 13 (Day 3): Students extracted muscle proteins from 5 fish samples during Lesson 1 of the Western Blot lab.

Mon, Nov 12 ( Day 2): Students continued working on their ELISA videos/slideshows.
