Fri, Mar 6: Students completed the Got Protein? lab analysis and observed their gels.

Thurs, Mar 5: Students took a quiz over Protein Synthesis, Structure, and Folding and completed their standard curve for the Got Protein? lab.  Periods 1 and 7 prepared and loaded their milk samples in a vertical gel.

Wed, Mar 4: Mrs. Annee gave students a self-quiz in preparation for tomorrow’s Protein Synthesis, Structure, and Folding quiz.  Period 1, 3, and 5 students prepared a standard curve for the Got Protein? data while students in period 7 prepared the dilution series for the milk samples.

Tues, Mar 3: Students determined a dilution series for each of the four milk samples in the Got Protein? lab.  Periods 1 and 7 also prepared a standard curve for the Got Protein? data while students in periods 3 and 5 prepared the dilution series and loaded samples in a vertical gel.

Mon, Mar 2: While Mrs. Annee attended a conference, students watched the first chapter of Bloodlines: Technology Hits Home.  Blog reflections are due Tues, Mar 10 by 11:59pm.
