Fri, Dec 11:  Mrs. Annee finished the DNA sequencing notes and students began the “Assembling a DNA Sequence” activity.

Thurs, Dec 10: Mrs. Annee returned the mutations quiz, discussed the final exam, and discussed the DNA sequencing notes.  Students completed and submitted “The Colors of DNA” Internet assignment.

Wed, Dec 9: Students took a quiz over mutations.

Tues, Dec 8: Students learned about automated DNA sequencing and read an electropherogram.

Mon, Dec 7: Students completed the Internet activity called That BLASTn DNA!
