Wed, Aug 29 (Day 4): Students took a quiz over the DNA Necklace lab, micropipetting, and the Biotech Equipment lab.  Students in periods 1, 3, and 7 submitted their completed Enzyme-Substrate Simulation handouts.

Tues, Aug 28 (Day 3): Students completed the Enzyme-Substrate Simulation and students in period 5 submitted their completed handouts.  Students in Periods 3, 5, and 7 completed Part A of the Beano lab.

Mon, Aug 27 (Day 2): Students continued the Enzyme-Substrate simulation.
