Fri, Oct 12 (Day 3): Students took a quiz over Enzyme-Substrate Simulation, Beano, and the Biofuel lab.  After the quiz, students continued working on their cellulosic ethanol notes.

Tues, Oct 9 (Day 1, altered schedule): Students completed the “Mushroom Power: Creating Fuels from Fungi” lab.

Mon, Oct 8 (Day 5): Ms. Annee reviewed for a quiz this Fri, Oct 12 (Enzyme-Substrate Simulation, Beano, and Biofuels) and introduced the small group scored discussion assignment for biofuels.
